Dutch teams in Europe - Group Stage
I am proud to announce that all three major dutch teams managed to qualify for the knock-out round of the major European competitions. Ajax finished second in a group with CSKA Moscow, Real Madrid and HJK Helsinki. Twente finished third in a though group against Chelsea, Shakhtar and APOEL. In the Europa League PSV has no major problems against the likes of Rosenborg and Vit. Guimaraes.

FA Cup + League Cup = Faded dreams

| Blackpool - more than unlucky in both English cups. The Seasiders eased past Man United, because we have to notice this kind of performance! |

| Congratulations for The Tractor Boys ! The Blues went through to the 1/4 finals in both FA Cup and League Cup. |

| Disappointing performance by The Rams as they were knocked out quickly in both cups. Unlucky draws also had a decisive role in their campaign. |

| As we can see, Blackpool's success didn't had only a tactical reason, but also a financial one, even if things were looking good for the Seasiders in the middle of the season, the winter transfer period signings made the team unstoppable. |
